Hamilton Fontainebleau Chrono-Matic. Reference 11001-3
Automatic caliber 11 self-winding mechanical showcomposed with 17 jewels for 19,800 vibrations per hour with a power reserve of 42 hours. This movement is the result of the collaboration between Breitling, Heuer and Buren bought in 1966 by Hamilton.Buren is in charge of the automatic mechanism. For this, it is inspired by its Intramatic calibre, calibre 1281 3.2 mm thick (micro-rotor automatic system). Dubois-Dépraz is responsible for the development of the chronograph module and oscillating pinion, module 8510, while Breitling and Heuer are responsible for the other components and the design of the dial and case of the watch.
46 mm x 35 mm arched square case patented in 1968 by Ulrich Nydegger who made it the second waterproof chronograph-shaped case with chronograph pushers on the right of the case and crown on the left for time and date adjustment. Steel bracelet with folding buckle with covered pleats. Plexiglas glass.
Cadran panda double counter with date at 6 o'clock, chronograph minute counter at 3 o'clock and chronograph hours at 3 o'clock.
